Chocolatey Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This pudding is packed with chocolatey flavour and comes together in a snap!


Here’s what you’ll need:

Blender/food processor

Measuring cups and spoons

Spatula

Knife to cut avocados

Spoon to scoop avocados

2 ripe avocados

1/4 cup of hot water

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup of honey

A pinch of sea salt

A pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp of vanilla


1. Scoop out the flesh of two ripe avocados.

2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor.

3. Blend until smooth and silky. Don’t forget to scrape down the sides of your blender half way through!

4. Once your pudding is silky smooth, spoon into your favourite serving dish and top with whipped cream! Delish!
