Bubble Gum Ice Cream

Hooray for summer! Make this easy breezy no-churn bubblegum ice cream recipe all season long! It takes 6 hours to set up in the freezer, so plan ahead!! 

Stuff you'll need:

Standmixer / egg beaters  



Measuring cups and spoons

Loaf pan

2 cups cold whipping cream

1 1/4 (1 can) sweetened condensed milk 

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup bubble gum finely chopped 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk your vanilla and sweetened condensed milk together and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer whip your whipping cream until it reaches soft peaks.

  3. In stages, fold your whip cream into your sweetened condensed milk, try not to over mix, this will keep it light and fluffy!

  4. Pour ice cream into a loaf pan.

  5. Sprinkle the bubble gum to the top of your ice cream, then swirl in with a spatula. 

  6. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6 hours before serving! Yum yum!
