Chocolate Fudge Sauce
We can not get enough of the ultra rich and delicious chocolate fudge sauce. Drizzle it over ice cream, spoon it onto cake or squeeze it right into your mouth; you can’t go wrong!!
Stuff you'll need:
Heavy pot
Measuring cups and spoons
Whisk
Heat proof bowl, for cooling
2/3 Heavy Whipping cream
3 oz semi sweet chocolate
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 corn syrup
1/4 cocoa powder
2 Tbsp salted butter
2 tsp vanilla
3 oz bitter sweet chocolate chips
In a heavy pot add cream, semi sweet chocolate, brown sugar, corn syrup and cocoa powder. Whisk and bring to simmering boil for 5 minutes while stirring the whole time.
Remove the pot from the stove. Add butter, vanilla and bitter sweet chocolate, whisk until combined.
Pour into heatproof bowl and cool. Oooh mama.
Raspberry Coulis
You are gonna love this tart and terrific fruit sauce! It is super pretty drizzled over all of your desserts but it especially nummy with chocolate! Have fun and don’t forget to strain the seeds for a silky smooth coulis!

Stuff you'll need:
Heavy pot
Measuring cups and spoons
Sieve
Glass jar with lid for storing in fridge
2 cups raspberries
1/3 white sugar
3 Tbsp water
Juice of half a lemon (1.5 Tbsp)
In a medium pot add raspberries, sugar, water and lemon juice and bring to a simmer on medium-to-high heat for 10 minutes.
Strain your coulis through a fine mesh sieve, making sure you get out all of the seeds!
Pour into jar and store in fridge for up to one month.
Simply Sweet Simple Syrup
We use this simple syrup to brush on cakes or as a sweetener for lemonade. But it uses are endless. Let us know how you use your syrup!
Stuff you'll need:
Heavy pot
Measuring cups and spoons
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Add sugar and water to heavy pot and simmer on medium heat, stirring often until sugar dissolves.
Pour into a jar and cool, store in fridge for one month!
